FULFILLMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

SERVICE FULFILLMENT

Consultation Services:

• Initial consultations are scheduled within 48-72 hours of booking confirmation

• All consultations are conducted virtually via video call or phone

• Session materials and follow-up resources are provided within 24 hours post-consultation

• Ongoing coaching programs begin within 5 business days of enrollment

Digital Products & Resources:

• Access to digital materials, templates, and educational content is provided immediately upon payment confirmation

• Community access (where applicable) is granted within 24 hours of enrollment

REFUND POLICY

Consultation Services:

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs 24+ hours before scheduled appointment

• No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, full refund or rescheduling option provided

Coaching Programs & Packages:

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee from program start date

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

• Partial refunds may apply for multi-session packages based on sessions completed

Digital Products:

• 48-hour refund window for digital-only products

• No refunds after materials have been accessed or downloaded

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Clients may reschedule appointments through our Paperbell platform

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions

PAYMENT PROCESSING

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments

• Payments processed securely through Stripe and Square

• Paper checks are not accepted

• All sales are in USD
